GREAT WORKOUT!

This is a fantastic piece of exercise equipment. So many different exercises can be done on the TorsoBall and using the cords adds some extra resistance as well. You get a really good workout and the value is outstanding. I would suggest using your own pump (floor model is best) to inflate the TorsoBall. The supplied pump will take a long time to do the job.
