They are $20 for a reason. The metal spinners are fine but the plastic ones are no good. The centre plastic clips continuously fall off - even when you are just placing the spinner on the table, it come off.

Top product, puts out so much heat. One arrived damaged and was replaced without issue. A++
Loving being able to receive a good back massage with flexibility to move the unit freely to where needed most. It doesn't cause awful vibrations up my spine and cause headaches as some massage appliances do. It's not too harsh while still providing good tissue massage and relief.
Very pleased with the unit and it's portability.
