Shipping and Delivery Times

We aim to pack and dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order from our Melbourne Warehouse.

All orders will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched - if you do not see it in your main inbox please check alternate folders and mark the email as important so you don't miss out on any order updates.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

  • VIC: 1-3 Business Days
  • NSW, ACT & SA: 3-5 Business Days
  • QLD & TAS: 4-6 Business Days
  • WA: 5-8 Business Days
  • NT: 6-10 Business Days

*Please note for regional locations allow an extra 2-5 days to the above guidelines although in many cases it will be quicker than this!

How to use:
  1. Boil water and place in the base of your FryAir Touch.
  2. Put your food in your steamer tray on the High/Low rack
  3. Set time and temperature on your FryAir Touch 
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Dishwasher safe.

Kindly note this accessory is designed to fit in the FryAir Touch or FryAir Classic models.

Steamer Tray

I am very happy with my steamer tray although with one exception.

I also purchased at the same time the Baking Tray. Again I am happy with that item with one exception. See below:

The Steamer Tray should fit into the baking tray but unfortunately it does not. When I purchased my Fryair appliance the steamer tray fitted snugly into the baking tray. My new one does not and this is disappointing.
