We aim to pack and dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order from our Melbourne Warehouse.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

WOLL's safety glass lids are made of a new type of high-quality tempered glass which is extremely light and break resistant. These glass lids are completely dishwasher safe and are heat resistant up to 250 °C (ovenproof). This means you can put them in the oven for casseroles, baking, roasting etc...very handy indeed!

All lid knobs have a permanent steam vent and each lid has a protective stainless steel rim.

Wol pan dropped on my shoulder/back .. ouch. But all good

So one of the spots for my Wol pan is up on top of the fridge. Last night I was bent over retrieving something from my freezer which is on the lower part of the fridge. Next thing I know WHAM - something landed on the upper part of my back and then SMASH on the floor.
This is the result you see in the photos. Thank GOD that the glass is specially made - kinda like windscreen glass and the mess on that floor was actually 'safe' glass.
I was barefoot. The worst part was that this happened at 3 am and my poor son had to clean it up because I'm partially disabled (not because of this accident lol)
No cuts anywhere.. I even had bits in my top (how I don't know).
I told my son to go to bed, knowing there were bits of this glass. I put shoes on but in all honesty, neither my son or I got cut in any way
But very grateful that this glass did not leave cutty slivers for me to cut myself on.
Now I need a new lid and yeah, that rusty tray is being binned.

Great product with genuine service

If you ever wondered if the warranty was real. Yes it is. I had a lid break and they were very happy to replace it (then I realised this was not the pan I bought from them - my honest error). They provided a very reasonably priced replacement lid and packaged it perfectly (perhaps even overkill).

The Woll pans are thee best pans I’ve ever bought by a long way.
